Responsibilities

• Review new and transfer file assignments and initial evaluation letter to claims.
• Summarize discovery responses and medical records within 30 days of receipt.
• Take and defend depositions of parties and complete deposition summaries.
• Legal research; preparation of motions, oppositions, and replies to motion.
• Trial preparation, including all facets of a jury trial and posttrial motions.
