Insurance Defense Attorney (Construction Defect)

Mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense firm seeking to hire an attorney with 12+ years of experience for one of its Florida offices. Must have litigation and trial experience in construction defect and/or insurance defense.

This role requires proficiency in handling civil cases through trial, including taking depositions, oral arguments, hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, and reporting to clients. The candidate must be able to handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision.

Must be currently licensed to practice law in Florida; additional licensure in other states is a plus.
