We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with a strong background in New Jersey automobile insurance defense and personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of legal experience, an active PA Bar license, and the ability to manage litigation matters independently.

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• Active PA Bar license in good standing.
• 2-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Demonstrated experience handling automobile accident and personal injury defense cases.
• Experience managing litigation cases, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Manage automobile accident and personal injury defense cases from initial evaluation through settlement or trial.
• Conduct discovery, prepare for and take depositions, review evidence, and develop defense strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and litigation exposure; negotiate settlements and participate in mediations.
• Communicate with insurance carriers, claims adjusters, clients, and opposing counsel while maintaining case deadlines and preparing matters for trial when necessary.
• Base Salary: $120,000-$145,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses.
