The position offers base salary of $120,000–$145,000 per year with performance-based bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Active PA Bar license in good standing.
• 2-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Experience handling automobile accident and personal injury defense.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage litigation from initial evaluation through settlement or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, claims adjusters, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare witnesses for depositions and oversee discovery and motion practice.
