Job summary

LumenCeler Group, a mid-size Phoenix-based insurance defense firm, seeks an attorney with 2–7+ years of civil litigation experience. Courtroom exposure is ideal as you handle auto and motor vehicle litigation, trucking/transportation defense, and premises liability matters.

You will gain hands-on experience managing cases, conducting discovery, drafting motions, taking depositions, and preparing matters for trial in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2–7+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Background in insurance defense including auto and trucking.
• Strong litigation and case management skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from pleadings to trial prep.
