Well respected Insurance Defense Firm is currently seeking a Personal Injury Defense Attorney to join their team. This Martindale-Hubbell AV Rated firm offers comprehensive insurance defense, insurance litigation, and high stakes representation. Ideal candidates will possess excellent writing and litigation skills. This is a hybrid remote flexible position.

Billable requirement of 160 / month with bonuses that are tiered for going over it.

Knowledge of Insurance / personal injury litigation or the desire to learn it

Must have an active Florida bar license in good standing

Must be a proficient writer with experience preparing pleadings, discovery / discovery responses, motions, and other court / litigation documents

Must have the ability to interact with attorneys, support staff, opposing counsel, court personnel and clients in a professional, courteous manner
