This full-time role is ideal for an attorney with 7+ years of litigation experience, particularly in bodily injury, employment, and insurance defense matters. The firm values self-motivated professionals who can handle complex cases independently from inception through trial.

Duties

Manage a caseload of civil litigation and insurance defense matters

Conduct depositions, hearings, and oral arguments

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

Negotiate settlements and report case updates to clients

Attend trials and represent clients independently in court

Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining autonomy over assigned cases

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in insurance defense litigation

Demonstrated experience in bodily injury, employment law, and related insurance matters

Licensed to practice law in Nevada (required); additional state bar admissions are a plus

Highly proficient in managing cases independently through trial

Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management skills

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
