Duties:

2. Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings in various courts.

4. Handle appearances and assignments independently, with minimal supervision.
5. Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas; additional state licensure is a plus.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in insurance defense, with a focus on construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other related insurance matters.
