Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

We are a respected Texas-based insurance defense firm with a strong presence across the state through our offices in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin. We are seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys (6–10 years) to join our growing team on a fully remote basis. This is a great opportunity for skilled litigators who are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and looking to contribute to a collaborative, high-performance legal team—without the commute.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of insurance defense matters independently
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Prepare clients and cases for trial
• Collaborate with supervising attorneys and support staff as needed
• Maintain timely and thorough communication with clients and internal team

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Texas
• 6–10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Trial experience preferred but not required
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
