• Handle insurance defense matters from pre-suit through trial and appeal
• Defend clients in primarily state court litigation throughout Texas
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Take and defend depositions

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
