Responsibilities
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct thorough legal research.
- Develop and present defense strategies independently.
- Prepare pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, claims personnel, and the court.
- Manage the disposition of assigned cases efficiently.
- Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials and hearings.
