• Experience preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial.

Responsibilities

• Insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury, property damage, premises liability, and general liability claims.
• Managing discovery, depositions, motion practice, and litigation strategy.
• Working with insurance carriers, claims professionals, and insured clients.
• Evaluating liability, damages, settlement opportunities, and litigation exposure.
• Preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial.
