Qualifications

• Experience analyzing commercial general liability, umbrella, and specialty policies.
• Representing insurers or policyholders in coverage disputes.
• Drafting coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights letters, and substantive motions.
• Handling declaratory judgment actions, bad-faith claims, and complex coverage litigation.
• Advising on insurance recovery, policy interpretation, and litigation strategy.
