Job summary

Henderson-Scott seeks an Associate Attorney (BBBH3018) in Phoenix, Arizona to join our insurance defense team. The role requires 1-4 years of experience and Arizona Bar admission.

You will manage case evaluation, draft pleadings, and support depositions and court hearings while delivering excellent service to clients. Qualifications

• Must be in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask with attention to detail.
• Experience with depositions, motions and court hearings.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Case evaluation, recommendation, and support.
• Communicate with client and counsel.
• Propound and respond to discovery.
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda.
• Draft complaints, motions, and other pleadings and documents.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings.
• Prepare for and attend mediation.
• Provide excellent service to all clients.
