Job summary

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks an attorney to join its Insurance Services group in its Phoenix office.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team on complex coverage areas for national and international clients, including bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Arizona Bar in good standing.
• Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
• Experience representing clients in first- and third-party insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred.
• Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas.
• Handle a diverse and challenging caseload with significant responsibilities from the start.
• Collaborate with a team in Phoenix and across the firm to develop and execute strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, claims and other obligations.
