Job summary

Henderson-Scott seeks an Associate Attorney (BBBH3018) in Phoenix, Arizona to join our insurance defense team. The role requires 1-4 years of experience and Arizona Bar admission.

You will manage case evaluation, draft pleadings, and support depositions and court hearings while delivering excellent service to clients. Salary: USD100000 - USD170000 per year

My client is hiring an Associate Attorney (1-4 YOE)- local to Phoenix. They're office isin central PHX- near the biltmore.

They are an insurance defense firm, that has a tons of cases incomplex civil litigation, construction, and personal injury matters.

The ideal candidate has insurance defense experience. You must live in Arizona and be admitted to the bar in Arizona. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Case evaluation, recommendation, and support.
• Communicate with client and counsel.
• Propound and respond to discovery.
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda.
• Draft complaints, motions, and other pleadings and documents.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings.
