Ideal candidates possess 7+ years of insurance defense experience, strong written and verbal advocacy, and license to practice in Arizona (dual licensure in AZ and TX is a plus).

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Licensed to practice law in Arizona (in good standing).
• Dual licensure in Arizona and Texas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction, premises liability, and trucking cases.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product.
• Maintain an average of 165+ billable/collected hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management.
