Tyson & Mendes LLP is seeking sharp, motivated attorneys with a passion for defense litigation and trial advocacy. An active Texas bar license is required, with 1–8 years of solid litigation experience.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Active Texas bar license
• 1–8 years of solid litigation experience
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies and drive results in court
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motions, and trials
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff at all experience levels
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and contribute to team growth
