Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license required.
• 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases from discovery through trial.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies and oversee all phases of litigation.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motions, and trials.
