Responsibilities

• Handle insurance defense matters from filing to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Manage a caseload and meet deadlines and court requirements.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with team on litigation strategy.
