You will represent clients in diverse and challenging matters, with a strong preference for those experienced in General Liability and Professional Liability disputes. Ideal candidates are barred in New Jersey, have NJ litigation experience, and excel in legal research, writing, and negotiation.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Must be barred in New Jersey.
• New Jersey litigation experience preferred.
• Strong writing and organizational skills.
• Experience in drafting discovery, depositions, and arguing motions preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case management conferences.
• Conduct complex legal research and discovery investigations.
• Draft discovery requests, responses, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Review discovery responses and prepare litigation update reports.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle claims.
• Communicate with clients to provide legal analysis and advice.
