Job summary

Distinct is seeking an Insurance Defense Associate in Orange County for its general liability team. This California-barred attorney will join a hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two from home.

You will handle general liability defense, product liability/toxic torts, including asbestos and trucking matters.

Salary ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 base, with up to $60 per hour for hours billed over quarterly targets; two-stage interview, virtual or in person.
