Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, Computer Science or similar background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service skills.
• High level of accountability.
• Technical skills with software applications including MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Oracle SQL.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and functions.

Responsibilities

• Gather product requirements from DP&S Product Development team.
• Assist in product related configuration development.
• Execute configuration programming in test and production environments.
• Assist with unit testing of the system configuration.
• Provide defect resolution and support during system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Perform production support analysis on defects submitted to the configuration team.
• Perform SME role in system related projects.
