• Experience creating dashboards in Tableau, Power BI or similar.
• Strong statistical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data insights to business teams.
• Familiarity with insurance data structures and metrics is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both independent and collaborative tasks.
• Experience with big data technologies is advantageous.
