Required qualifications include a quantitative degree, 4+ years in data/insurance analysis, strong SQL, and experience with Tableau/Power BI/Qlik.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Insurance Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Insurance industry knowledge in underwriting/claims/financial operations is a plus.
• Experience with GitHub and dbt Labs is desirable.
• Familiarity with Data Catalog & lineage tools is desirable.
