ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in software sales. I'm a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Missouri–St. Louis, and as a father of four, family is at the center of everything I do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Joshua Murray - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
