Job summary

TJ Larson - State Farm Agent in Farmington, MN is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented full-time Customer Service Representative. This is a customer service role focused on assisting our existing clients with questions, policy changes, billing and claims, and ensuring a high level of service.

As you learn the insurance business, you will conduct customer insurance reviews, identify gaps in coverage, and recommend products.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to obtain Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License and Life & Health Insurance License; licensing costs paid upfront by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Service existing customers by phone, text, email and in person.
• Answer policy, coverage, billing and eligibility questions.
• Process policy changes, transfers and other requests.
• Assist with claim-related questions.
• Follow up and resolve outstanding customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
