Hazar Insurance in Kensington, Maryland is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients. This on-site role focuses on building strong relationships and delivering prompt, accurate policy information.

You will answer inquiries, resolve issues, update records, inform clients about new products, and work with CRM systems. Prior insurance customer service experience and ability to obtain a P&C license within three months are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, especially within the insurance industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; multitasking.
• Comfort with using computers and insurance CRM software.
• Must pass the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Licensing Exam within three months of hire.
