Job summary

Lafaro Insurance Agency in Erie, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries with care.

You will process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, assist clients through claims, review accounts for coverage gaps, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team to improve service workflows.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within reasonable time frame.
• Bilingual abilities, either English/Hispanic or English/Russian is preferred.
• Willingness to pursue level of education to obtain deep understanding of policy language, coverage and forms.
• Attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively remedy situations involving client dissatisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, addressing their inquiries with care and clarity.

• Collaborate with the broader team to solve complex problems and improve our service workflows.
