Job summary

The Client Advisor is responsible for working with pre-qualified inbound leads who have already initiated the insurance quote process. This is not a cold-calling role. Advisors consult with customers, assess their coverage needs, recommend insurance solutions, and help them complete the policy purchase process while identifying opportunities for bundled coverage.

We're seeking candidates with:

• Strong sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in insurance, mortgage, banking, automotive, retail, cable/internet, solar, furniture, appliance sales, or other consultative sales environments.
• A goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Active Property & Casualty License preferred but not required. Company provides licensing support and training for qualified candidates.
