Qualifications

• 20-44 or 220 license or willing to obtain
• 215 life and health license or willing to obtain
• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, and account updates
• Respond to and process customer service requests
• Offer all products based on customers needs
• Meet required outbound call quotas
• Process payments
• Provide basic claims guidance and support
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Follow up to ensure service requests are completed
• Must be able to problem solve
• Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities when appropriate
• Support customer retention through excellent service
