Responsibilities

• Provide timely solutions to customers via telephone and email.
• Document all inquiries and actions; process transactions and produce insurance documents.
• Determine eligibility for additional coverages and quote endorsements.
• Enter system data and maintain contractually correct documents.
• Analyze exposure and advise on risk management and coverage options.
• Maintain assigned tasks and support regional Church Mutual customers.
• Collaborate with team to enhance customer experience and communicate across channels.
