State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. This Seattle-area agency seeks an outgoing, customer-focused Agent Team Member to build relationships and assist clients with service needs.

You will promote insurance options, respond to inquiries, and work with a team to provide quality service while pursuing licensing requirements for Property & Casualty and Life & Health products.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, incl. inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
