Qualifications

• Property & Casualty or Life & Health license are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Guide customers with insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
