Poms & Associates in Fresno, CA is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative 2 to handle commercial policy servicing, COIs, endorsements, and complex account issues. The role works independently and supports the service team by ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial insurance, a high school diploma, and a preferred P&C license. Hours are standard business days; hybrid/onsite work depends on location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of two (2) years of commercial insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Process complex COIs, EPIs, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Policy processing, maintenance, and data management in AMS/WorkSmart.
• Review policy forms and carrier communications for accuracy.
