• Experience representing insurers in coverage litigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance coverage counseling in multiple areas, including General Liability Insurance.
• Write motions and other legal memoranda, summarize depositions and trial preparation.
• Defend a variety of Civil Litigation matters.
