Qualifications

• 2–3 years of commercial or insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Handle insurance coverage and related litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting legal research, and managing discovery.
• Analyze insurance policies and claims, advise clients on coverage issues, participate in negotiations and settlement discussions, and collaborate on case strategy.
• Prepare for and attend court conferences, hearings, and trials as needed, and maintain organized case files and clear communication with clients.
