Job summary

The Miami office of Clyde & Co US LLP seeks an attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience for our insurance coverage practice group. This thriving practice represents US and foreign insurance companies in complex coverage litigation, market conduct, and other related matters throughout the United States.

Responsibilities include analyzing policies, drafting opinions, conducting research, and supporting depositions and hearings. Florida bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Florida.
• 2-4 years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials: Law Review and/or Honors.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and providing coverage recommendations for clients;
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis;
• Draft interrogatories and document demands;
• Review documents in preparation for litigation;
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
