- Experience drafting coverage opinions and discovery materials
- Superior analytical skills and strong written/oral communication
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices
- Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters
- In coverage matters, draft pleadings and handle discovery
- Provide clients with insurance coverage advice and status updates
