Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Denver, Colorado seeks an Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Of Counsel to handle nationwide coverage and defense matters. This role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement or remote work opportunities, enabling collaboration with experienced attorneys across the United States.

You will draft opinions, pleadings, and trial-ready motions, advise clients on coverage issues, and collaborate with partners across offices in a flexible hybrid or remote work

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Colorado.
• 8+ years defense litigation experience.
• 5+ years coverage/coverage litigation experience.
• Experience drafting coverage opinions.
• Experience in third-party or first-party claims.
• Coverage analysis and writing experience.
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions.
• Cross-examining plaintiffs and other witnesses preferred.
• Trial experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of coverage/coverage litigation experience.
• Experience in drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines.
• Experience in third-party or first-party claims.
• Coverage analysis and writing experience.
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions.
• Experience cross-examining plaintiffs and other fact witnesses preferred.
• Trial experience a plus.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Colorado.
