Talent Search Pro seeks a California-licensed attorney with 1–4 years of civil litigation experience to independently manage a caseload in a boutique setting. You will analyze insurance policies across GL, D&O, E&O, cyber, and property, advise institutional clients on coverage positions, handle depositions and motions, and guide strategy from intake to resolution.

Qualifications

• Active California bar admission required.
• 1–4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Policyholder-side coverage experience preferred; defense-side also considered.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Civil litigation: depositions, motions, court filings.
• Ability to work independently and manage own matters.
• In-office most days with some flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Analyze insurance policies across GL, D&O, E&O, cyber, property to advise on coverage.
• Independently manage ~100 billable hours per month in a boutique setting.
• Manage direct client relationships with institutional policyholders.
• Develop coverage strategy with corporate and tech clients.
• Litigate coverage disputes in California state and federal courts.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights, and demand letters.
