• 2+ years of relevant experience for PA, NJ, Dallas, and Houston opportunities.
• 4+ years of relevant experience for Washington, DC opportunities.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing litigation matters and deadlines.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader litigation team.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance coverage and defense matters.
• Work directly with clients and carriers.
• Manage active litigation matters and deadlines.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare pleadings and motions; support trial.
