Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and Georgia active bar admission.
• 2-4+ years of insurance defense experience.
• Strong litigation background with excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience representing insurance carriers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex insurance defense issues.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, memoranda, and reports.
• Represent insurance carriers in litigation as needed.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
• Collaborate with multiple attorneys on a diverse insurance defense practice.
• Provide strategic legal analysis and client counseling.
