Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in insurance coverage or complex litigation.
• Experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions.
• Excellent client service and communication, research and writing skills required.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Willingness to learn new computer software.
