Qualifications

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, depositions, and arguing motions.
• Strong client service, research, writing, and communication abilities.
• Good standing in and active membership of the State Bar of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Advise insurance carriers on coverage issues and provide opinions.
• Represent clients in coverage/bad faith litigation and related disputes.
• Draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions, and argue motions.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to resolve complex legal issues.
