Qualifications

• JD and active New York bar.
• 2–10 years of post-bar insurance coverage or related complex insurance litigation experience.
• Current or recent title of Associate or equivalent — law clerks and summer associates will not be considered.
• Experience drafting coverage analysis or handling coverage disputes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze policies and draft coverage opinions and reservation-of-rights letters
• Handle declaratory judgment actions and coverage litigation
• Advise insurers on first-party, third-party, and high-exposure claims
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
