Insurance Coverage/Defense Associate | Manhattan, NY | Hybrid | $220K

Seeking a mid-level Insurance Coverage or Insurance Defense Associate with 2–10 years of post-bar experience and an active New York bar. Strong defense litigators who want to move into coverage will be considered. This is not a clerkship or first-year seat.

Our client is a New York–metro insurance boutique with multiple offices and 50+ attorneys. The coverage group represents U.S. and global carriers, including Lloyd’s syndicates and reinsurers. • Handle declaratory judgment actions and coverage litigation

• Support related insurance defense strategy where coverage and liability overlap

Requirements:

• JD and active New York bar
• 2–10 years of post-bar insurance coverage or insurance defense experience
• Current or recent title of Associate or equivalent - law clerks and summer associates will not be considered
• Experience drafting coverage analysis or handling complex insurance disputes
