Responsibilities

• Represent policyholders in insurance coverage matters, including reviewing policies and handling claims.
• Draft contractual indemnity and insurance provisions; assist in dispute resolution and defense coordination.
• Engage in counseling on general liability, professional, pollution, cyber, and related insurance coverage issues.
