Responsibilities

• Monitor professional liability claims and circumstances for insurer clients.
• Analyze policies and provide coverage, exposure, and risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed coverage opinions, reports, and client-facing memoranda.
• Communicate with insurers, brokers, and insured professionals about claims developments.
• Evaluate pleadings and case updates to assess liability and exposure.
• Coordinate with defense counsel on strategy, budgets, and progression.
