Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Atlanta seeks a mid-level Insurance Coverage Associate with 3–7 years of post-bar experience and an active Georgia bar. This role involves coverage analysis, drafting opinions, and handling defense in complex claims within a nationwide platform.

Qualifications

• JD and active Georgia bar required.
• 3–7 years of post-bar insurance coverage or related insurance litigation experience.
• Current or recent title of Associate or equivalent — law clerks and summer associates will not be considered.
• Experience drafting coverage analysis or handling coverage disputes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze policies and draft coverage opinions and reservation-of-rights letters.
• Handle declaratory judgment actions and coverage litigation.
• Advise carriers on first-party, third-party, and high-exposure claims.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial.
